The rooms were a nice size and brand-new, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was large and had lots of food.- Its location close to restaurants and bars was peaceful and unbeatable.- The service was very good, I had 1 lovely night...

Clean and absolutely gorgeous room with a nice bathroom and central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV.

The room is very spacious and comfortable, although they gave us 2 double beds instead of one of those 2x2m superbeds that are usual in hotels of this category, also very spacious bathroom. A gymnasium, which is included in the price of the room, with quite a variety of machines and dumbbells and quite spacious for a hotel gymnasium. The reception staff is very friendly. Location for us good, because it is in a calm neighborhood of Madrid, although that yes, to about 20 min of the center in bus.

Although the room and hotel in general are very good, relation quality price I do not consider it as good as before in Madrid or in other places, we 85? per night the double room without breakfast, 3 years ago this same hotel cost 50? per night, although I see that in Madrid the hotels have raised a lot of price. cleaning although good could be improved. the bed was not too comfortable, sheets were wrinkled and a bit rough, rubbish that you don't notice when you pay 50 euros a night, when you pay 85 euros a night you become more demanding. Gym hours are a bit limited, especially on Sundays.

The double room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room included a private safe, air conditioner, and minibar, which were all good.- The hotel's location was convenient and close to various amenities, reachable in just 30 minutes by bus.

The twin room we stayed in was spacious and nicely decorated.

A very well decorated hotel, with big and spacious rooms and all the services. Excellent isolation in the room (very comfortable bed, total absence of noise, very pleasant temperature). It has a spa and a gymnasium that we could not use due to lack of time (the spa schedule could be a little more extensive, as it opens from 10 am on holidays). The bar with live music is also an added value to the hotel's services. The treatment of the reception staff is also very good.

SPA hours could be a little longer, at least access to saunas. The hotel is located in an area surrounded by companies and business centers, far from the center of Madrid, so the few bars available near the hotel are usually open from Monday to Friday, having to die in the hotel restaurant if you go on weekends, or use the car.

The kindness of the staff, the speed to solve problems such as the TV was not working and in a matter of 5 minutes a technician came up and solved it.

They gave us a room in the elevator corridor, where we could not stop hearing the noise of people going up and down, there were works and there was a lot of noise hitting the walls, there were some exterior stairs where the workers went up and down making noise, room was much smaller than others where I have stayed in that same hotel, For breakfast we had them bring it up to us at 10:30 in the morning and at 8 they knocked on the door and instead of waiting for us to open it directly they opened the door and woke us up and we couldn't go back to sleep, well both the meal and breakfast were great and staff were very kind even without saying anything we were invited to the drinks we had consumed from the minibar the night before.

Convenient location here, just a hop away from the closest metro stop and airport 🚇🛫.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is very attentive, the rooms are very comfortable. Everything was very clean and it was a very pleasant stay. Without problems, in fact we had asked for a double bed and as there were no beds left they made us an upgrade without us asking for it and without varying the cost of the room, so phenomenal. It has a waiting room/bar with a piano, very nice to sit down, have a drink and spend some time relaxing. There are plenty of places to go for dinner after a 10 or 15 minute walk.

If you go with a perfect car, if you are going to move around with public transport, hotel is far from the centre. There is a bus that stops right outside the door and takes you straight to Callao, it has a fairly good frequency. It takes about 50 minutes/1 hour to get to the center. worst thing about the bus is that, depending on the time of day, you take it back to the hotel, it is very crowded. There is also a metro station (line 5) relatively close by (it's about 15 minutes walking from the hotel), at the end between the walk and metro frequencies, it's worth taking the bus.

Staff

Air conditioning did not work well. The floor noise in the hall and the room was incredible. I could hear everyone walking in the hall and the room above me. I'm sure people below my room could hear me walking.

Conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore around 🚇. A nice restaurant, Aboca Restobar, is just a short walk away from here, perfect for grabbing a meal anytime of the day!

The staff were friendly and there was a wide breakfast selection, although it is quite far away from the City centre,there was a straight bus to and fro which only cost 1 Euro, The rooms were very clean and there was a wide variety of channels on the digital tv

It does have a business like setting to the place so not the most romantic setting for couples.Also it might be a good idea for them to state that they provide a free Airport shuttle at this hotel as I was not aware of this and was not too happy I paid 35 Euros for a service I could have got for free.
